Biography

Karen rejoined the CDC in 2023 with a new perspective to work with the professional team, facilitating children’s individual learning in a multidisciplinary approach and developing their strength.

With her experience as a teacher and programme manager, Karen contributes to the quality control and evaluation analysis of programmes, as well as centre- and project-management in her role as Centre-in-charge at the CDC’s government-subvented Early Education and Training Centre in North Point.

Karen is committed to work closely with the leadership team to facilitate the development of the organisation, and to advocate education for individual needs and equal learning opportunities in Hong Kong.

Skills and Qualification
  • Foundation certificate in special learning needs education (specific learning difficulties in reading and writing)
  • Accredited facilitator for Happy Parenting
  • Assessment and training for child with ASD
  • Master NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) Practitioner
