- SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Isabel believes that the CDC is one of the most well-rounded early learning centres in Hong Kong. She is thrilled to work with its multidisciplinary team and to see children with additional needs making progress under her guidance.
Prior to joining the CDC, Isabel had been working in the mainstream kindergarten sector for nearly seven years, providing her with abundant opportunities to work with young children from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs. Through the experience, she developed her teaching philosophy and pedagogical skills, which boosted her confidence to become a pillar of strength to the children and families at the CDC.
Isabel is driven to make a positive impact on children with learning needs; therefore, she is eager to explore different approaches to enhance her knowledge and skills to take on more responsibilities and demonstrate leadership in the near future.
