Alice believes that  ‘Play’ is one of the most essential components of child development. When integrating ‘Learning Through Play’ in teaching, children develop a more positive learning attitude. Through Play, teachers connect and observe children better with, and also gain more insights and deeper understanding of individual learning needs which facilitate the more effective planning in strategic Learning & Teaching.

Alice always finds it joyful and inspirational in working with young children, as she enjoys witnessing the learning journey of theirs . She is driven to provide suitable and fun activities according to individual needs and  interests.
