Melody is a dedicated Behavioural Therapist with a passion for supporting children with diverse needs.
Before joining the CDC, Melody served as a Behavioural Therapist for nearly 2 years, receiving in-house training and specialising in conducting one-on-one and small group teaching sessions for children with autism. She joined the CDC for its multidisciplinary approach where she can work together and seek support from different disciplines. Melody’s unique capabilities, including her positivity, engagement, and creativity, enable her to connect with her young clients and uncover their inherent abilities. She believes that every child is able to reach their full abilities with the right help.
Melody’s dedication to her work extends beyond the therapy room. She actively promotes understanding and acceptance of children with additional needs within society, advocating for inclusivity and appreciation of differences. Melody believes strongly in the power of collaboration between home and school environments, recognising that effective communication between parents and educators is essential for fostering learning and progress in children with special needs.
