Jennifer enjoys working with young children during their early years and has experience supporting children with diverse communication and developmental needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), dyslexia and global developmental delay.  Through child-centred, play-based strategies, she helps children develop communication skills in ways that are engaging, purposeful and confidence-building.  

She appreciates the CDC’s interdisciplinary approach, where families and professionals work collaboratively in supporting each child’s individualised development.  With a particular interest in early language development, social communication and multilingual language development, Jennifer is committed to advancing her paediatric clinical expertise.  She is also keen to deepen her knowledge of effective support for children and families from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
