Crystal graduated from the University of Hong Kong and has worked across preschool rehabilitation services and family service centres, gaining hands-on experience in supporting children with additional needs and their parents from diverse backgrounds.

Aligned with the CDC’s vision, she firmly believes every child deserves equal opportunities to thrive. She will leverage her experience to provide individualised guidance and to connect families with various community resources. Her aim is to make a tangible difference in child development and to empower families who may feel overlooked.
