From 16 April onwards, please use the CDC Connects app* to book your child’s parent meeting or speak to one of staff members to help you book a time slot.

To book an appointment on the CDC Connects app:

  1. Once you’ve downloaded the app and signed up, you will receive an email with your unique login details.
  2. Login to the app with these details to access your account.
  3. Go to ‘Calendar’ and click the ‘+’ icon on the top right of the screen.
  4. Choose the relevant type of parent meeting and click ‘Next’
  5. Select a date and time from the available parent meeting time slots, and click ‘Next’
  6. Review the details of your parent meeting and click ‘Book Appointment’ to confirm your appointment.

Parent meetings are a chance to meet with CDC staff to discuss your child. They can be made following an assessment to discuss the report, goals and progress. However, you may also choose to book an appointment in order to discuss your child’s general progress, any concerns or for advice at any time.
